Review and approve the proposed work and pricing. Deposit the payment into escrow ( unless a pending transaction) and just approve the plan so we can get started.

Once approved, we generate a simple addendum for your title company to include at closing in real estate transactions, or we send you a request for payment into the escrow account, awaiting your approval before any payments are made to the contractor.
